Valloria now provide Support locally with USA backup.

We can now offer telephone and email support for this world beating product. Whether you require support on creating surveys; setting up a survey or setting up the system we are available during normal UK working hours. This is typically provided on an annual contract basis but we can also provide hourly based rates. Our normal response time is within 4 hours from time of email request but normally we can deal with any issues you have in very short time frames.

All support contracts are backed up by Perseus Inc in the USA and anything we cannot deal with locally will immediately be transferred to the USA support team for next day response.
